Interior Minister Rehman Malik says Mansoor Ijaz is a foreign national and he will have to get visa to come to Pakistan for appearing before the Commission in Memo issue.
Talking to newsmen in Jaranwala near Faisalabad‚ he said interior ministry does not issue visa to anyone without permission and security clearance.
