Pakistan take on England in the first twenty-20 match of the two matches series at Cardiff, today.
The second match will be contested on 7th of September before the five-match one-day series starts from 10th of September.
Pakistan Cricket Board's legal adviser Tafazzul Rizvi has said “the three Pakistan players suspended over allegations of fixing have stated that Mazhar Majeed was working as their agent to secure sponsorship deals and they did not know that he was a book-maker.” Talking to media Tafazzul Rizvi said “players all around the world have their agents and its not something new" he said "Mazhar Majeed had been associated with different Pakistan players as an agent for the last six to seven years." the legal adviser said that the three players also showed a copy of their contract letters with Majeed to London police, who later released the players without any criminal charges.
