In Bajour, ten militants including two Uzbek militants were killed and five others wounded in the ongoing security forces operation.
According to our correspondent, several hideouts of the militants in Tehsil Mamoond and Nawagai were pounded and destroyed by gunship helicopters. The security forces backed by heavy artillery also destroyed the several hideouts of the militants in different areas of Tehsil Mamoond and Tehsil Nawagai. Meanwhile the administration has begun operation against the unscrupulous persons and has arrested eight persons and security arrangements have been tightened in Tehsil Nawagai.
